Police: Man stabbed by suspect wearing Halloween mask in Central Islip

They say it happened on Brightside Avenue at around 4:10 p.m. when the victim was sitting in the driver’s seat in a parked car.

Suffolk County police say a man was stabbed Thursday by a suspect wearing a Halloween mask in Central Islip.
They say it happened on Brightside Avenue at around 4:10 p.m. when the victim was sitting in the driver’s seat in a parked car. A man opened the door and stabbed the victim with a knife.
The victim was transported to a hospital with injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
