Storm watch team. Meteorologist Scott Skoff here with your news, 12 New York tri state weather outlook like we saw on Saturday, the weather for your day today, Sunday and even into Monday is looking like a word. A lot of us do hate moist and that's the way it's going to be rain, wind areas of fog all because of what's left of Ophelia moving on. And we are going to be seeing this continue through the afternoon and evening and then more rain late Sunday night into our Monday, that's going to be giving us more clouds. Yes, though, a little bit of sunshine is possible, especially to the north and west, late Monday afternoon and evening. And then as you go to Tuesday looking peachy, partly sunny sky looking pretty good feeling. Definitely like fall y'all because we are looking at some great weather on Wednesday and even on Thursday as well with temperatures into the sixties, a little bit on the cool side of the pillow. But hey, definitely feeling pretty nice and autumn like as we are looking at these temperatures continuing into the sixties through the next several days, a little bit cooler up to the north and west. But then as we go toward Thursday, going to start to creep back on into the seventies, especially as we go toward our weekend. So what are we looking at for our Sunday temperature is going to be in the fifties over in the Hudson Valley sixties though, for the rest of the tri state area, periods of rain wind and even some fog as well, that will continue through your Sunday evening and into your Monday morning as well. Could even see some areas of heavy rain for the Monday morning commute with some downpours, a strong wind as well possible. And then things are going to get better throughout your day on Monday evening. So definitely could be a little soggy if you are going to Yom Kippur services Sunday evening and Monday morning with temperatures into the sixties. Then much nicer weather. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, more sunshine. Temperatures creep back on into the low seventies, Friday, Saturday and Sunday less breezy as well, more pleasant.
