A Central Islip father who admitted to raping his daughter has been sentenced to 22 years in prison.

Prosecutors say the father and daughter had a child together when the victim was 17. They say he repeatedly attacked her following the birth of that child.

The father's name is not being released to protect his daughter's identity.
