Gilgo Beach murder suspect Rex Heuermann will appear in court on Tuesday, according to his attorney.

Court documents show his next appearance was not supposed to be for another three weeks.

Heuermann is charged with the murders of three of the Gilgo Beach victims. He is the prime suspect in a fourth victim's murder.

Heuermann pleaded not guilty to all charges.
