Police say a group of robbers disguised as deliverymen terrorized a Merrick homeowner. Authorities say the incident occurred around noon Tuesday on Lincoln Boulevard. Police say four armed men rang the doorbell and pushed their way into the home when a man answered. According to police, the men demanded to see the homeowner's safe and beat the man after he told them he didn't have one.Cops say the suspects got away with cash and jewelry.
