Justin Timberlake is set to be arraigned again for DWI in Sag Harbor next Friday.
Proceedings in
the case took place Friday, but Timberlake was not present.
His lawyer argued in court that there was a technicality in the paperwork.
Attorney Edward Burke says his client Justin Timberlake was not driving drunk at the time of his June 18 arrest in Sag Harbor.
During Friday’s court appearance, Burke argued that there was a technicality issue with paperwork filed by the police. Prosecutors filed newly signed paperwork July 2.
The judge is now ordering a new arrangement for the pop star next week.
The virtual appearance is because Timberlake will be in Belgium for two shows on his Forget Tomorrow world tour.
