Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who used a phone to record underneath a woman’s dress at a Deer Park store earlier this month.

Authorities say the incident took place in the CVS at 1944 Deer Park Ave. on July 8.

The suspect left the scene in a black Dodge Durango, according to police.
