Police confirm an officer and another driver were treated for minor injuries following a crash that involved three cars in Medford.

It happened Thursday when police say the officer was passing one car and hit the back of a second vehicle before striking a third.

Police say it happened on Granny Road as the officer was heading to a 911 call with lights flashing.
