13h agoA New Milford house fire displaced 10 people Thursday morning.
Fire officials say the fire started around 5 a.m. at a home located on Wellsville Avenue.
They say upon arrival heavy smoke and fire was showing on the first floor and second floor and all occupants had safely evacuated.
The American Red Cross was called to help the displaced families
Authorities say one firefighter sustained minor injuries and was treated on the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
