A 48-year-old Massachusetts man was arrested Saturday for driving drunk in East Meadow with a 13-year-old boy inside of the car, police say.

Gregory Foutz was driving on Merrick Avenue near the intersection of Charles Lindbergh Boulevard when he was pulled over just before 9 p.m.

Authorities say a 13-year-old boy was a passenger in the vehicle during the incident.

The man failed a sobriety test and was arrested. The boy was released to a family friend at the scene.

No injuries were reported. Authorities say Foutz faces an aggravated DWI charge under Leandra’s Law, a felony.
