Bruno Logreco turned his grandma’s homemade cookie recipe into The Biscotti Company.
"It goes back about 200 years. She got it from her grandmother. During my childhood, my grandmother would often come over during holidays, and the first thing she and my mother would do is start baking," said Logreco.
