News 12 has learned a judge decided to suppress some of the body-camera video that was captured moments after a crash that killed two Roslyn teens.
The video shows Amandeep Singh on the night of the double-fatal crash.
Two Nassau County police officers testified to the footage, which also showed them questioning witnesses to the crash.
The judge decided 17 minutes of the bodycam video will be omitted, and the rest is allowed to be used as evidence in trial.
Singh is accused of driving drunk and killing 14-year-olds Ethan Falkowitz and Drew Hassenbein before fleeing the scene.
Singh has pleaded not guilty and rejected a plea deal
