Sag Harbor man accused of robbing Carvel shop
Police continued to search for the suspect after discovering that he had fled the scene on foot.

A Sag Harbor man is facing felony charges for robbing a Carvel on June 13, according to Southampton police.
Authorities say officers responded to the scene around 8:06 p.m. Upon arrival, they found that the suspect had fled on foot.
The man, now identified as 59-year-old Jeffery Ward, was apprehended on Saturday.
Police say he was processed and is being held for arraignment.
