Shots were fired into a Calverton home on Monday, Suffolk police say.

A resident on Hill Circle returned home and discovered gunshot holes in the back door of their home at about 4:20 p.m. on Monday, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.

There were no injuries reported and police say they are searching for a suspect.
