Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1/8 cup capers
½ cup EVOO
6 cloves garlic
¼ cup shaved Parmesan
¼ Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/8 cup parsley
½ cup Calabrian chilis in oil
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into small bite sized pieces and place in a medium sized bowl.
Add all ingredients to the bowl with cauliflower and toss making sure all are evenly coated.
Place ingredients on a sheet pan making sure its not over loaded.
Roast at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
