The man charged in a crash that killed four people at a Deer Park nail salon appeared in court Wednesday and retained a new lawyer.
Steven Schwally, 64, is accused of driving drunk and crashing into Hawaii Nail & Spa in June.
Nine people were also hurt during the incident, according to authorities.
Schwally faces multiple lawsuits from victims and is being held without bail.
