Additional survivors are suing the man accused of driving drunk and crashing into Hawaii Nail & Spa in Deer Park, according to court documents.

Nicole and Toni Saccente, along with her underage daughter, filed the suit against Steven Schwally.

In court documents they say he showed “conscious and deliberate disregard” during the incident.

This comes after two similar lawsuits were filed against Schwally earlier this month.

Police say four people were killed, and nine others were injured during the crash on June 28.

The suspect faces four counts of second-degree murder charges, according to authorities.
