Stamford residents can explore maple sugar Sundays this month.
The Stamford Museum and Nature Center launched its first of three "Maple Sugar Fest Sundays" Sunday, spotlighting its maple sugar production.
As one of only two official maple sugar producers in Fairfield County, the center offered crafts, demonstrations, and a Disney Character Brunch.
The event continues the next two Sundays, March 9 and 16, giving attendees a taste of nature's sticky-sweet treat.
