Joyce Nussbaum, who resides in Whisper Woods of Smithtown Assisted Living & Care, is celebrating her 105th birthday.

According to Nussbaum, the secret to a long life is to “enjoy everything in moderation.”

"I just lived a good life. I didn't overdo anything,” she said. “That's very important."

Nussbaum was born on February 25, 1919.
