This Summer Arts Academy isn’t your average summer camp.

The school, located at Long Island High School for the Arts in Syosset, is an outlet for students who want to learn more about the arts from dance, theater, music, film and animation.

Programs offer the opportunity to learn at an industry speed and level.

The Joel Foundation supports the academy by providing scholarships to 14 students, allowing them to attend free of charge.
