Jason Anyadike is a phenom. The 17-year-old Hempstead High School valedictorian came from Nigeria his junior year and excelled from the start.

He got a perfect score on his SATs and received a full ride to MIT.

In his speech, Anyadike encouraged his fellow graduates to take risks, think outside the box and let their creativity “flourish.”

He urged them to make their mark on the world.

Anyadike isn't taking the summer off.

He'll be working at Hempstead High School as a custodian before heading to MIT in August.
