Police: Williamsbridge man stabbed person he lived with to death
Police say a 23-year-old Williamsbridge man fatally stabbed a 60-year-old man with whom he lived.
Authorities say they responded to a 911 call just after 8:30 a.m. Monday for a man who was stabbed inside an East 220th Street home. When they arrived, they found the victim unconscious and unresponsive. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
Arian Medina was walked out of the 47th Precinct Monday, escorted by detectives. He is facing murder charges.
Police originally said Medina and the victim were uncle and nephew, but later said they were not related, but did live together.
The victim's identity is under wraps until their family is notified.
