Police say a man is accused of stabbing his neighbor in West Babylon on Tuesday.

It happened on Justice Street just before 7:40 p.m.

Police say a man was walking when he got into an argument with Edward Preston.

Preston then allegedly stabbed the man several times.

The 59-year-old victim has serious injuries.

Preston is charged with assault.
