A Greenport man accused of driving drunk, crashing into a parked car and then fleeing the scene was arrested on Friday morning.
Police say Jose Rios Martinez, 24, struck the vehicle around 9:30 a.m. on Main Street.
Officers found him in a driveway on Route 25 a short time later.
He is charged with DWI, leaving the scene on an accident and driving alone without a permit.
