2ds agoA hit-and-run crash left one man dead Friday night in Wyandanch, according to police.
Authorities say it happened before 7:30 p.m. on Wyandanch Avenue.
The victim, whose identity is currently being withheld, died of his injuries at a hospital.
Police say the driver fled the scene toward Mount Avenue.
