Multiple departments respond to fire in Bay Shore

Police say a man has died after being found unresponsive in a West Islip pool.

Police tell News 12 that 45-year-old Akinola Johnson was found by a family member Sunday night in a pool in Graywood Court.

According to police, his family attempted CPR until first responders arrived.

Johnson was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
