Authorities say crews responded to a 911 call at home on Maple Street around 3:30 p.m. Saturday and located the unresponsive child.
The child was transported to an area hospital, where they later died.
Authorities did not provide any additional information.
The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and Fort Lee Police Department are conducting the investigation.
