A motivational speaker from North Woodmere was found dead inside a parked car in East Harlem Thursday.

According to police, 52-year-old father of three Jeff Locker's body was discovered Thursday morning on East 123rd Street. They say Locker was strangled, stabbed in the chest and that his hands were tied behind his back.

Locker reportedly called his wife to tell her that he had a flat tire and would be home late. Witnesses say the last time they saw Locker he did not have a flat tire, and authorities say the tires on his car appeared to be in good shape.
