A judge has once again blocked New York from expanding its retail marijuana program.
A state Supreme Court judge signed an order temporarily banning the State Office of Cannabis The ruling follows a lawsuit brought on by four veterans last week who claimed the state's practice of prioritizing licenses to people with prior drug convictions is illegal.
The next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 11 at the Ulster County Supreme Courthouse in Kingston.
