Fire officials: Boat crashes into dock in Amityville; 7 minor injuries

A boat crashed into a dock and went through a fence late Saturday night at James Caples Memorial Park in Amityville, according to fire officials.
Fire officials say the crash happened on South Bayview Avenue just after 10 p.m. Saturday.
Amityville Village police say all seven people on the boat were taken to a hospital for minor injuries.
