A fire erupted at a home in Port Washington on Saturday night.
Officials said the flames broke out just before 8 p.m. at the residence on Lindwood Road North.
The top of the home especially was charred during the fire.
A cause of the fire was not immediately known as of Saturday night or if anyone was inside the home or if anyone was hurt.
