You might want to stay in bed a bit longer Sunday morning as temperatures drop to just 19 degrees in New York City.

President's Day is expected to be mostly sunny with highs in the low-50s.
News 12 meteorologists say that a midweek warm-up is expected with highs possibly reaching the mid-60s.
