9 suspects charged in missing Patchogue teen case face indictment

The defendants are expected to be arraigned on Thursday.

Nine of the 12 suspects arrested in connection with the missing Patchogue teen found in Islip last month are being indicted.
Court records state that Alton Harrell is facing a new top charge for first-degree kidnapping.
Daniel Soto is also charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child. He has pleaded not guilty.
Others are facing similar charges including sexual abuse, sex trafficking, endangering the welfare of a child, kidnapping and more.
The nine defendants are expected to be arraigned on Thursday.
