A house fire left five people displaced Saturday night in New Hyde Park, according to authorities.

Officials say they received a call about the blaze on Plymouth Avenue just before 9 p.m.

Sixty-five crew members spent around 40 minutes controlling the flames at the scene.

No injuries were reported. However, the home sustained heavy damage and was deemed uninhabitable.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
