A motorcyclist was critically injured in a crash Tuesday afternoon in Levittown, police say.

Police tell News 12 a motorcycle and car collided on North Wantagh Avenue and Wren Place after 4 p.m.

They say the motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with what police say is a very serious head injury.

The driver was also taken to the hospital.
