A Greenlawn boy called the game of his life on the biggest stage.

Johnny Gadamowitz, 11, recently won a contest in which the grand prize was a night at Citi Field in the Mets' television broadcast booth.

All contestants were asked to write an essay about the team, with the winner being chosen to sit beside play-by-play man Gary Cohen and analysts Keith Hernandez and Ron Darling.

Born in Queens, Johnny is a lifelong Mets fan. He says his room is decked out in blue and orange and he cherishes his many mementos from Shea Stadium.
