A woman was killed in a crash in East Patchogue Monday night.
Rae Deprizio, 77, of Middle Island, was driving on Woodside Avenue East when she crossed into oncoming traffic, Suffolk police say.
The driver hit another vehicle head-on into another vehicle around 6 p.m.
Deprizio was taken to NYU Langone Hospital in Patchogue, where she was pronounced dead.
The other driver was also transported for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
