A man has been arrested after stabbing a coworker at a job site in Nassau County.

Andy Miller, 29, of Rosedale, got into an argument with a fellow employee of Spray Foam Insulation USA while the two were working at a residence, according to police.

The incident happened around 2 p.m. Tuesday at a home on Woodmere Boulevard North in Woodmere.

Detectives say Miller pulled out a knife and stabbed the 49-year-old male victim in the abdomen, causing a deep laceration, and also in the forearm.

Other coworkers then stepped in to take the weapon away and subsequently called police.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment where he is currently listed in stable condition, Nassau police say.

The Queens man will be charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon when he faces a judge at his arraignment scheduled for Wednesday.

News 12 reached out to the Oceanside insulation company and were told “no comment.”
