Five victims who were backed into by an SUV last week are calling claims that it was an accident ludicrous.

Garden City resident Joseph Cassidy is accused of intentionally backing his vehicle into four members of the Celentano family and their neighbor after an argument. Clara Celentano was run over twice. Police say the fight started when Cassidy and his brother claimed Giuseppi Celentano had stolen a ring from their mother, who had passed away a week earlier. The Celentano?s deny any theft.

No one was fatally injured in the incident. The Celentano?s say Cassidey?s brother should also be charged.
