Randy Jones was arraigned Monday in the murder of
Adeed Fayez.
Jones is accused of shooting Fayez during an
attempted robbery in Brooklyn.
The officer was off duty at the time.
Fayez, his wife and two small children moved to
Long Island shortly before he was killed.
