Clean water is now flowing to families in Manorville that were once affected by wells contaminated by a group of chemicals known as PFAS.
Suffolk’s Water Authority has wrapped up work on a major water main extension project.
More than 100 homes in Manorville are able to access public water.
PFAS, is a group of synthetic, potentially harmful chemicals used in a wide variety of household products and industrial processes.
