The Suffolk SPCA tells News 12 a dog was rescued from a small urine-soaked room in a Manorville home.

The pup named "Snoopy" was kept in a small, unfinished room with rusty edges and no ventilation.

The agency tells News 12 it executed a search warrant at the home because the owner, Judith Seeman, was not supposed to own or harbor any animals.

The 70-year-old was arrested seven months ago for allegedly neglecting a horse also at her Manorville home.

The SPCA said the animal was also living in its own urine and feces with no access to clean water. She is facing additional charges.
