Suffolk DA: Deer Park cardiologist sentenced to 4 to 8 years in prison for possessing child porn
The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office says 55-year-old Frank Pollaro, of Deer Park, was already a registered sex offender for a similar charge he committed eight years ago.

A Suffolk County cardiologist has been sentenced to four to eight years in prison after admitting to having child porn on his laptop.
The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office says 55-year-old Frank Pollaro, of Deer Park, was already a registered sex offender for a similar charge he committed eight years ago.
Pollaro was sentenced to probation and allowed to continue his practice following the first charge.
He will now have to surrender his medical license.
