Police say a pedestrian was struck by a car in Farmingdale Tuesday evening.

They say it happened at Route 109 at around 6:30 p.m.

Officials have not any information about how badly the victim was injured or if a driver has been charged.

The incident happened just blocks from where a grandmother and her grandson were struck by a driver Friday at the corner of Route 109 and Main Street.
