According to police, Jose Ruben Fernandez was crossing Glen Cove Road near Cedar Swamp Road Tuesday night when he was hit.

According to police, Jose Ruben Fernandez was crossing Glen Cove Road near Cedar Swamp Road Tuesday night when he was hit.
The 45-year-old died at the scene.
News 12 has been told the 25-year-old driver was not hurt and stayed at the scene.
