A Baldwin woman was arrested following a crash Monday morning in Hempstead.
Police say Janelle Jessup, 34, drove through two stop signs on Westbury Boulevard before slamming into a parked car.
They say a 2-year-old boy was found unrestrained in the back seat. He was not hurt.
According to court records, Jessup was also arrested for DWI in 2014 and driving without an interlock this past January.
