A police chase that started late Wednesday in Hempstead was fueled by a missed blinker.
Police say they noticed a woman turn onto East Meadow Avenue without signaling.
Officers then began to follow 23-year-old Oriana Bush and discovered her registration did not match her car.
Police say they tried to pull Bush over, but she sped off.
When they found Bush at her home, she put up a fight while resisting arrest, injuring detectives in the process.
