Officials say the incident happened in the vestibule of a CVS on Wednesday.
They say Keith Whitenack positioned himself to be seen by two 12-year-olds and a 13-year-old.
Whitenack is now facing charges of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is set to be arraigned today.
Nassau County detectives are asking anyone else who have been a victim of his to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
