Poppy the French bulldog was surrendered to the nonprofit as he battled several ongoing illnesses.
Almost Home Animal Rescue hopes to raise $20,000 with the Pints for Poppy event at Rudi’s Bar & Grill in Patchogue.
The event is scheduled to take place between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. It will feature a raffle, food, drinks, music and more.
