Two Bridgeport businesses have been damaged by water after a fire early Sunday morning.
It happened at 1082 Madison Ave. around 5 a.m.
Firefighters found heavy fire on the second floor, which has apartments.
A second alarm was called because firefighters needed additional resources, according to officials. Fairfield and Stratford firefighters provided mutual aid.
The fire was under control at 5:45 a.m.
The two businesses impacted were Las Americas, a tax preparation company, and Hookah House.
Officials said none of the residents who lived in the apartments required assistance from the Red Cross.
